As a Jungian psychoanalyst, my approach focuses on unlived life, expressed continually through dreams, fantasies, symptoms, and other symbolic material. By actively engaging this material and understanding its symbolic message, as well as demonstrating its relevance for life being lived now, suffering can be dramatically alleviated and a more balanced, creative, and spiritually satisfying life becomes possible. While some consult me specifically for my Jungian orientation, others come who are not familiar with this approach and benefit from it because of its focus on healing, wholeness and transformation. Having trained as a Jungian psychoanalyst with a doctorate in music therapy, I offer compassionate care, sensitive attunement to feelings and emotions, a deep value of the therapeutic relationship, and commitment to help you understand your inner and outer life.

I work on an individual, one-on-one basis with adults and elders. My area of specialty includes depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, in addition to working with people who desire to explore their inner world for self-discovery and personal growth.
